Healthy Eating is integral to general well-being and healing. At KDL we encourage as much intake of natural foods, fruits and vegetables as can be. No artificial additives are used in food preparation.

We strongly discourage fizzy and sugary drinks and encourage parents to provide natural fruit based drinks and/or fruits as snacks. Fresh fruit, water and milk are available daily.

Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.
